It is being built at Dougherty Field on St. James Street, at a cost of $325,000. It will feature a crop circle design suitable for both skateboarders and bikers. The project has been in the works for three years. Organizers spent that time designing the layout and raising money. A groundbreaking ceremony will take place at the construction site at 4 p.m."
